1. Shipping Locations

Goldenvale currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If you attempt to place an order outside of the U.S., your order may be canceled and refunded.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays

  • High order volumes may slightly delay processing times

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email when your order has shipped.


3. Estimated Shipping Time (USA)

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–8 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Goldenvale is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Goldenvale is not liable for packages that are:

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

9. Split Shipments
